Tucked above the tranquil river, my dining experience at the Troyan restaurant was a culinary journey through international flavors with a breathtaking backdrop of peak Beklemeto. During a formal New Year's Eve dinner, the ambiance was elevated by a rich program filled with folklore merriment. As a digital nomad with a penchant for hidden Balkan gems, the menu was a delightful fusion of tradition and innovation. Each dish at Meraklii unfolded with sophistication, tantalizing my taste buds with every bite. From orange-tinted water masquerading as juice to the disappointing coffee, the morning spread lacked the finesse of the previous night's feast. Plaza Hotel remains a beacon of hospitality in a central locale, offering a refined experience for both accommodation and dining, beckoning travelers and food enthusiasts alike to indulge in its charms.
